Hello! I’m Alex Kosinski, a personal trainer with over six years of experience in changing lives. My specialties include weight management, body recomposition, and athlete training.

​

My fitness journey began in high school when I gained 100 pounds of muscle in order to play Division 1 football at the University of Arizona. After football, I sought a lifestyle change to benefit both my physical and mental health, leading to a personal transformation where I lost 115 pounds. 

​

My training philosophy is based on three core principles: discipline, proper nutrition, and time. I encourage my clients to push themselves, eat well, and have faith in my program. I don’t promote shortcuts or performance enhancers, believing that hard work and dedication lead to real, lasting results. Since beginning my coaching career in 2018, I've had the privilege of helping many clients reach incredible fitness milestones. I tailor each workout to ensure every session is both productive and aligned with your personal goals.
